Merge orders
Enable to merge orders which are going to the same delivery address to save shipping cost (e.g. a customer places three separate orders)

Stop importing Failed, On Hold, Refunded, etc Orders
Currently (Woocommerce Import) Orders that are FAILED, CANCELLED, REFUNDED, ON HOLD etc. are being imported which can mess up a lot of orders/shipments. Please stop importing those orders! Please import only "PROCESSING" orders!

Display courier prices

Hi, like other competing sites, I would like to see the prices of couriers also on Sendcloud. Is it not possible to recover the price from my contract? I would avoid making a shipment and then finding myself charged extra expenses (example: delivery in a remote area).

Remove custom declaration form message for dhl express
As DHL express has digital custom forms and we do not need to print them please remove below message when creating the label. Very confusing for our staff Some of your shipments require a customs declaration form. You can download it on the shipment details page.

Own Return portal site url using DNS
Make it possible to be able to add DNS rules that can make mywebshop.shipping-portal.com to returns.mywebshop.com for example .

International returns
Would be great if international customers could log their return on the portal with an option to "request return label" and a option for "return at own cost" for the request return label we could then filter those and send a label back to the customer manually or on the system.

Different printer per carrier
Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to have a different printer per carrier ? Some carrier like fedex have a different size of label that are croped on the basic zebra. It could be something automated with a shipping rule : If shipping carrier is Fedex Then use the zebra 200. Thank you in advance for your help. Regards, Marc

Expanded Return Rules
The return rules are too limited. You can only turn on one carrier for all countries. But return rates vary tremendously from one carrier to another in different countries. You should be able to turn on/off carriers through new rules and calculate rates based on: Country Weight Method of the carrier So that a pickup of a heavy parcel from Spain is only possible if the customer pays a fair fee for it. But that a small return package from Germany remains free if the consumer chooses the carrier with the favorable rate. However, if he chooses a more expensive carrier then he too will have to pay a small fee.

Adding more columns to Incoming Orders
I think there should be more available columns on the incoming orders page. Columns such as: Order notes, Payment Status, Order Tags, Sales Channel. Its important to include the option for the user to check and uncheck which column they need to see in the current filter dropdown. Surely this should be easy to feed the information directly from shopify?
