Hi,
like other competing sites, I would like to see the prices of couriers also on Sendcloud.
Is it not possible to recover the price from my contract?
I would avoid making a shipment and then finding myself charged extra expenses (example: delivery in a remote area).

Hi all, this feature is already available for all users. The Beta sticker is still on as we plan to improve this feature in the future. For now, you can go to your contracts, download a template CSV file to upload your own prices and then upload it again in our system. You can check this Help Center article (https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/5163547066004-How-to-upload-your-own-prices-from-your-direct-carrier-contract) for more information on how to do it :)

Do you think it will be possible to add FedEx to the list of couriers in the future? The main reason I am asking is because sometimes my company ships to remote areas and we would like to be able to know in advance so we can bill the customer for the difference as the shipper makes us pay an extra fee

This is part of our improvement plans for this feature. However, we don't yet have a clear timeline for when we will pick this up. Right now we plan to do it in Q4 2023 - Q1 2024 but as a long term plan it is subject to change

We have a proof of concept in beta trough the API. We planned to expose uploading your own prices in the panel in Q2 2022

This could be obtain using a simple csv file. Outvio offer this solution right now but their app is terrible. Nothing compared to sendcloud.

If you could add a feature to upload a csv file in the carrier page (table that contains simple weight/price/destination). This makes it easier to avoid sending an order with a carrier that has a surprise extra expense. And also easy to compare with other carriers for the same destination that could be cheaper.
