At the start we noticed Deutsche Post shipments (via DHL) was printing out C23's automatically, clearly those have been switched off and all warnings stopped after a small amount of effort! But it did rather confuse me on implementation given we hadn't directly used them before coming to SC, meaning I questioned whether we needed them attached to the back of our packages (I had to double check as there are some that are way behind and therefore you still have to include the form or commercial invoice at the back given there's no customs ETI data being submitted. In the end after a slight bit of confusion it was clarified this is not needed, and looking back I don't know why it's on by default.

DHL Express in general they have everything digital as far as I'm aware anyway (I've personally never once had to do them in paper, but sometimes depending on the destination it is required due to backwards systems at the destination country)...so no need really (though maybe SC do this due to the fact not everyone is setup for paperless @ DHL, I can't imagine many cases of this though!)

My humble opinion, great to have, but just turn them off by default, have it on at the destinations that actually require it (will be a small list)!! Would of saved me a little time clarifying with my AM @ DHL & Deutsche Post on setup even though deep down I knew it would be the case!

Maybe warn the user just once when they are a new customer to cover legalities!
