Fetch carrier rates automatically in your Checkout configuration

What’s new?

You can now fetch carrier prices automatically when setting up a delivery method in Checkout. A new fetch button pulls Sendcloud transactional rates for all weight brackets for that shipping method and country pair, then fills in your price table.

Prices are rounded up to the nearest €0.50, and you can still edit them afterwards. You can also re-fetch later if prices change.

Why it matters

You no longer need to manually look up and copy rates for every country and delivery option. This helps you publish Checkout configurations with accurate shipping prices, so customers see the right costs at checkout.

How to use it

Open a delivery method in your Checkout configuration.
Click Fetch to fill in the weight brackets and prices.
Adjust any prices if needed, and re-fetch later to update them.

ℹ️

Good to know

If you previously set custom weight ranges, re-fetching will replace them with the carrier’s weight brackets (you’ll be asked to confirm first).
Fetch isn’t available yet for service point methods where multiple carriers are selected.
This currently supports Sendcloud transactional rates on a single contract; zonal pricing, live-rate carriers, and multi-contract methods aren’t included.
