If you're on a free Sendcloud subscription, you can now use the ‘Delivered’ email trigger in Tracking Messages.
Previously, only ‘Packing your order’ and ‘Return label created’ were available. Now, you can also send a message when the parcel reaches your customer.
💡 Why it matters
The ‘Delivered’ email is a great moment to leave a final impression.
You can customize the text. Use it to say thanks, promote your brand, or even include a discount for next time. A small touch that builds customer loyalty.
🚀 How to use it
Go to ‘Tracking’ > ‘Email notifications’ in your menu. You’ll see the ‘Delivered’ trigger ready to be turned on.
ℹ️ Good to know
It’s off by default, so you’ll need to enable it manually. And with the latest update on Tracking Messages - you are able to set it up for all countries.
