We’ve launched a new Contracts API! You can now upload, update, and delete your direct carrier contracts directly through the API—no need to use the Sendcloud Panel.

Until now, if you managed all your shipments through our API, you still had to log into the Panel to upload carrier contracts manually. That meant more steps, more waiting, and more room for error, especially if something went wrong during the upload.

But now, the Contracts API puts full control in your hands, automated, streamlined, and panel-free.

For carriers with two-factor authentication (2FA) - UPS, Hermes, Amazon, Bol, and FedEx - you’ll still need to upload contracts manually in the Panel. API-based creation isn’t supported for these carriers
