New trigger: "Out for Delivery"

🆕 What’s new
You can now send a message when a parcel is out for delivery
—on the day your customer will receive their order. This new trigger is available for Email
, SMS
, and WhatsApp
.
💡 Why it matters
Until now, you could only message customers when their order was shipped. With this new ‘out for delivery’ trigger
, you can keep them informed right up to the doorstep—boosting trust and reducing missed deliveries.
🚀 How to use it
Go to ‘Tracking
’ in the menu, then open Email notifications, SMS notifications, or WhatsApp notifications. You’ll find the new ‘out for delivery’ trigger ready to set up.

—you can turn it on and customize it any time.
